Responsibilities
- This position is remote, but will be expected to work PST business hours.
- The Network Data Architect will assist with planning, implementation, and success of the business infrastructure for the provider data management system supporting various functions such as medical staff credentialing, onboarding, and contract enrollment.
- Assist in system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance of the provider data management system.
- Implement policies and protocols to ensure deployment of best practices.
- Plan, organize, and implement education and training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and data integrity teams while upholding shared values of collaboration, justice, stewardship, and excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting provider data management systems.
- At least 3 years’ experience with relational database structures.
- Experience working with IT technical teams and navigating IT processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of provider credentialing principles, CMS COP, TJC Standards, NCQA Standards, and related regulations.
- Strong skills in statistics, data analysis, and presentation.
- Proficiency with provider data systems, quality systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing short and long-term projects.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work under pressure.
- Effective leadership and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Symplr products.
- Experience improving organizational workflows across divisions.
- Experience with Visual Cactus.
