Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Provider Network Specialist to support contracting activities, document management, and onboarding within the Network Development department. You will coordinate contracting workflows, track status, and ensure timely execution across internal stakeholders.

A focus on accuracy and regulatory readiness is essential. The role involves travel up to 25% of the time and requires an Associate degree with 1–3 years of healthcare administration or related experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare administration, provider contracting, or related areas.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with databases, tracking systems, or workflow tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support contracting activities: preparation, processing, execution, and maintenance of provider agreements and amendments.
• Draft, distribute, track, and maintain provider contracts and related docs.
• Manage contracting workflows and contract status in designated systems.
• Monitor contracting activities and coordinate follow-ups to meet timelines.
• Maintain accurate contract records, reports, and supporting docs for audit readiness.
• Assist provider onboarding: contract-related outreach, data collection, validation.
• Coordinate contracting activities to support network development and market expansion.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
