About The Role

Unified Vision is seeking a Provider Growth Specialist to help expand our rapidly growing community of healthcare providers. You will be at the forefront of our mission to empower healthcare providers across Unified Vision's brands, including Tilly and Resolute. In this role, you will directly engage with therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, guiding them to our onboarding process and effectively selling them on how our platform can revolutionize their practices. You'll be part of a critical, growth-driving team, collaborating cross-functionally to share insights that shape our product roadmap and overall strategy. Responsibilities

  • Drive Provider Onboarding: Act as the first point of contact for prospective providers, leading them through the initial outreach, pitching the value proposition of our platform, and ensuring a seamless sign-up process.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire provider acquisition cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to signup and successful activation on our platforms.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with therapists, psychiatrists, and other care professionals. Understand their needs and how our AI-driven solutions can enhance their practice operations.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, onboarding timelines) to identify opportunities for process improvement and to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Provide feedback from the field to product teams and other stakeholders, helping refine our platforms to better meet provider needs.
  • Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to ensure Unified Vision remains at the forefront of provider enablement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining scripts, strategies, and training materials to enhance the effectiveness of our Provider Growth team over time.

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3+ years of Sales or Business Development experience (preferably in consultative or consumer sales). Experience working in a startup environment and/or selling to SMBs is a plus.
  • Proven Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to connect with people via phone, video, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation: Confidence in pitching new ideas and products to a variety of audiences.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable thinking on your feet, experimenting with new tactics, and bouncing back from setbacks.
  • Analytical Mindset: Capable of leveraging data to identify which channels or approaches warrant further investment, and which should be reevaluated.
  • Growth-Oriented Work Ethic: Motivation to continually improve, learn new skills, and take on increased responsibility over time.
  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about improving the healthcare ecosystem by reducing administrative burdens and increasing access to care.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000, with additional compensation achieved via earned commissions. Total compensation for this position will also include stock options. Note that total compensation will be determined based on each individual's relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
