Job summary

Urban Health Plan in New York is seeking a part-time Otolaryngologist to join our Specialty Department for outpatient ENT care.

The ENT will conduct consultations, order tests, make diagnoses, and prescribe medications while collaborating with primary care providers in a team-based model. NYS medical license and DEA registration are required; weekend and part-time shifts are available to support community-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School.
• Completion of approved fellowship in Otolaryngology.
• BE/BC.
• Valid NYS and DEA License.
• At least 1-year experience.
• Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient ENT consultations and care.
• Collaborate with primary care and other specialists on care plans.
• Perform tests and procedures as appropriate.
• Diagnose and prescribe medications and treatments.
• Work in a team-based model with weekend/part-time shifts.

Position Summary

Our Specialty Department employs community-driven and highly skilled clinicians to provide integrated care in our Health Centers. We are seeking new associates to join our team in the capacity of ENT (Otolaryngologist). The ENT will provide outpatient consultation. The ENT will consult with patients, conduct tests and procedures, make diagnoses, prescribe medication and provide treatment. The ENT will collaborate with primary care providers and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in a collaborative team approach model. Part-time positions available!

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical School


• Completion of approved fellowship in Otolaryngology
