Your role in our mission

• Healthcare enrollment or credentialing experience desired
• Ability to follow written policies, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and government/healthcare guidelines.
• Self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to perform extensive research independently.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to read, write and speak English proficiently
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred but not required
• 2 years of working experience in healthcare, enrollment, credentialing, or related fields.

What You Should Expect In This Role

• Candidates must reside in a reasonable commuting distance of the Saint Thomas office.
• This is an onsite position.
• Video Requirements: Video cameras must be on during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
• Assessment Requirement: As part of our interview process, candidates will be required to complete a skills and competency assessment before advancing to the next stage of the selection process.

The pay range for this position is $33,500.00 - $47,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
