Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3 to 5 years of healthcare experience.
• Experience in healthcare administration or provider enrollment preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive provider information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process Medicaid provider enrollment applications per Mississippi guidelines.
• Research and resolve enrollment issues and respond to provider inquiries.
• Collaborate with State Medicaid representatives and Gainwell teams to support operations.
