Job summary

MDVIP seeks a Provider Enrollment Analyst to manage credentialing and contracting for our physician affiliates. This role requires deep expertise in enrollment processes and the ability to guide physicians and staff through complex payer requirements.

You will coordinate with the Insurance Services Department and act as a liaison with carriers, clearinghouses, and regulators to ensure licensing and credentialing compliance for MDVIP affiliated physicians.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; 2+ years of related business experience preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR and credentialing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CAQH, PECOS & NPPES is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider enrollment and contracting coordination.
• Provide guidance on enrollment timelines and educate physicians on processes.
• Serve as primary liaison for enrollment with physicians, staff, payers, and external partners.
• Complete statewide credentialing applications to establish new groups and add providers to payers and Medicare.
• Analyze and reconcile provider enrollment data across systems; identify discrepancies and risks.
• Maintain enrollment system processes and policies; train affiliates as needed.
