Job summary

Flybridge Staffing is seeking a Provider Enrollment/Credentialing Analyst to join a growing client in the Boca Raton area. This is a long-term contract (with potential to convert) that will move to a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

The role requires a deep understanding of credentialing & contracting procedures to guide physicians, staff, and internal teams. You will liaise with insurance carriers, clearinghouses, and licensing entities, manage enrollment workflows, and ensure accurate data entry

Qualifications

• Associate degree with at least two years of related business experience or equivalent.
• CPCS or CPES certification is highly desired.
• Experience coordinating credentialing/re-credentialing for primary care physicians.
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS & NPPES applications.
• EMR and credentialing software experience required.
• Net Docs, credentialing software, Athena, and Salesforce (CRM) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages non-standard provider enrollment workflows and interprets payer requirements.
• Coordinate all aspects of provider enrollment while delivering top-quality service.
• Enter data from applications into the credentialing system and run reports.
• Serve as primary liaison and SME for provider enrollment across stakeholders.
• Complete statewide credentialing applications to establish groups and add providers.
• Maintain provider enrollment system processes and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Identify credentialing matters and provide analysis and resolution to management weekly.
• Establish and communicate timelines with corporate affiliates to meet schedules.
• Prepare and send status reports to affiliated physicians and stakeholders.
• Help assess enrollment materials and coordinate with outside staff to verify processes.
• Conduct detailed analysis and reconciliation of enrollment data to support contracting and compliance.

Flybridge Staffing is currently seeking a Provider Enrollment/Credentialing Analyst to join a growing client in the Boca Raton area. This is a long-term contract (with potential to convert) that will move to a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

This role requires a deep understanding of credentialing & contracting procedures and the ability to provide accurate guidance and support to affiliated physicians, physician staff, and internal teams. This person is a liaison between insurance carriers, commercial and federal clearinghouses, federal regulatory credentialing, as well as state, county, and federal licensing on behalf of affiliated physicians for insurance credentialing/re-credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Manages non-standard provider enrollment workflows, interpreting payer-specific contract requirements and independently navigating complex scenarios that fall outside templated enrollment processes.
• Coordinate all aspects of the provider enrollment process while delivering top-quality customer service and proactively educating physicians on timelines, managing expectations, and maintaining strong partnerships as operational challenges arise.
• Enter all pertinent data from applications into the credentialing system and run daily/weekly reports, etc.
• Serve as the primary liaison and subject‑matter expert for provider enrollment, collaborating across physicians, internal stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment, quality, operational readiness, and a consistently high standard of service across credentialing and contracting workflows.
• Complete statewide credentialing applications to establish new groups and add providers to commercial payers and Medicare
• Maintain provider enrollment system processes, policies, and procedures, and ensure adherence to all requirements.
• Identifying pertinent credentialing matters and provide analysis and resolution to management weekly.
• Establishes and communicates timelines with corporate affiliates or practices to ensure that schedules are met.
• Prepares, reviews, and sends status reports on an as‑needed basis to affiliated physicians and stakeholders. Follows up to ensure closure on outstanding cases.
• Helps assess all provider enrollment materials and reports and coordinate with outside staff to verify all outside processes are completed.
• Conducts detailed analysis and reconciliation of provider enrollment data to support accurate contracting, payer submissions, and ongoing network compliance, while managing complex, non-standard enrollment scenarios.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and at least two years related business experience; or equivalent
• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) is highly desired.
• Experience with coordination or management of credentialing/re-credentialing processes for primary care physicians is highly desired.
• Experience or knowledge of CAQH, PECOS & NPPES applications.
• Familiarity with EMR and/or credentialing software experience required.
• Net Docs, credentialing software, Athena, and Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
