Job Title: Provider Data Verification Advocate

Job Summary

Position: Data Integrity Advocate (Provider Data Verification Advocate)

Location: Remote positions available

Compensation: $17.00/hour, with potential quarterly performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week, between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm CT (9 am to 7 pm ET, 7 am to 5 pm MT). Employees can select shifts twice per year.

Job Duties
  • Initiate outbound calls to contracted network providers to verify demographic and network information.
  • Manage multiple campaign types monthly, each with unique data challenges and regulatory considerations.
  • Handle multiple providers and locations per call, processing 20-40 data points accurately using dialer systems or Excel.
  • Utilize research tools to validate provider information when direct contact isn't possible.
  • Document interactions clearly, ensuring detailed notes and accurate data updates.
  • Meet standards for attendance, quality, productivity, adherence, and data integrity.
  • Adapt to various campaign types using resources like a wiki knowledge base and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure data accuracy across all company applications.
  • Collaborate across departments to facilitate communication and resolve inquiries.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of PHI, as this is a High-Risk Role.
