Job summary

• Proficiency with data quality and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to assigned team members on policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate Operations staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts for department processes.
• Oversee provider data production and data quality.
• Coordinate with PacificSource departments to ensure optimal service.
• Attend enterprise workgroups and report findings.
