• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate staff with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer, word processing and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide guidance to assigned team members on policies, procedures, and workflow.
• Set goals, hire staff, coach performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
• Oversee provider data production and quality; monitor metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery and information.
