• Support Provider File Area to maintain Government Programs provider data files.
• Identify data errors, diagnose causes, and document improvements.
• Develop specifications for system enhancements and testing criteria.
• Create reports for quality, production, and vendor audits.
• Represent the department on workgroups and committees.
