Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking an individual to maintain the provider database, ensuring accurate demographic information for participating and non-participating providers. Under direct supervision, you will handle physicians, ancillaries, facilities, and hospital-based data.

Responsibilities include entering new provider data, updating fee schedules, validating production reports, and supporting credentialing, claims, and finance forms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Experience with relational databases and health insurance industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic MS Office (Excel/Access/MS Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain provider demographics in the network database for participating and non-participating providers.
• Enter new provider data and update fee schedules and contract information.
• Validate production reports and assist with credentialing, claims, and finance forms as needed.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers and participate in projects and meetings.
• Perform duties with accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to service-level agreements.
