Job summary

CVS Health in Frankfort, KY is seeking a PDS Senior Coordinator to support Provider Data Services operations by coordinating data activities, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring timely completion of core processes across systems.

You will review and validate provider data, assist with manual processing, audits, and issue resolution, while partnering with internal teams to improve workflows and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage manual, process-driven work with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Provider Data Services workflow and production activities.
• Review, update, and validate provider data across systems for accuracy.
• Support manual processing, batch setup, audits and issue resolution.
• Monitor priorities, deadlines, and production goals to ensure timely completion.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain process documentation and support quality and compliance standards.
