Job summary

Responsibilities

• Researches and completes provider record creation and maintenance to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinates corrective action plans with clients and vendors to resolve data discrepancies.
• Assists in developing and implementing standard Provider Data Management processes.
• Manages end-to-end Provider Data Management to ensure proper setup for directory display, member assignment, and downstream systems.
• Develops and maintains standards to ensure data integrity.
