Remote Provider Data Management Processor

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour. Fully Remote Opportunity.

NTT DATA, Inc. is currently seeking a Remote-Provider Data Management Processor to join our team. Our Client is one of the leading Health Plans in the US.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing provider transactions in accordance with plan provisions.
• Follow the policy and procedure defined by the customer.
• Secure PHI information; establish working knowledge and application of specialized technical skills.
• Understand how work impacts results for the area.
• Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develop relationships to facilitate workflow.
• Knowledge of related regulations and standards.
• Strong understanding of current processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement.
• Complete a wide range of tasks and assignments.
• Handle projects and assignments that are typically non-routine and variable in nature.
• Resolve more complex situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare processing (Provider Data Management preferred, Claims or other Healthcare Payer/Provider experience).

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in Provider Data Management and/or Provider Credentialing.
• Experience with Appian, ServiceNow is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required using a keyboard, navigating screens, leveraging internet search engines, and other web‑based applications.
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, requiring daily usage of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to type 40 WPM.
