Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Provider Network Maintenance Associate to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date provider data across our systems. You will support credentialing, contracting, and reimbursement processes while aligning with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in an office setting, familiarity with healthcare data management, and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of office experience.
• Healthcare data management experience preferred.
• Familiar with provider network operations: credentialing, contracting or reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update provider demographic, credentialing, and contract data in our systems.
• Process provider additions, terminations, and changes promptly to maintain data integrity.
• Audit provider data for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain provider directories to ensure current information for members.
• Verify licensure and Medicare/Medicaid eligibility using approved tools.
• Collaborate with Provider Relations and Credentialing to resolve data issues.
