Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Audit, reconcile, and validate provider rosters and loaded records across internal and payer systems.
• Ensure accurate provider demographics, locations, specialties, and affiliations.
• Process enrollments, updates, revalidations, and terminations in payer and internal systems.
• Investigate discrepancies and document findings with remediation recommendations.
• Develop and distribute provider and network reports and dashboards.
