Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Provider Demographic Management Coordinator to join our onsite team in Fountain Valley, CA. The role focuses on maintaining provider rosters, demographics, and network data to support health plans and provider networks.

You will process provider adds/changes/terminations, ensure data accuracy across systems, and generate routine provider reports. Candidates should have 2–4 years in healthcare data roles and strong Excel/Access skills, with familiarity in CMS/NCQA and

• Experience with provider demographics data, rosters, and networks.
• CMS/NCQA/DMHC/DHCS/ICE familiarity preferred.
• Strong Excel and Access skills; comfortable working with databases.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate provider rosters, directories, and demographic information.
• Process and track provider adds, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure provider information is updated across internal systems and websites.
• Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual provider reports/rosters.
• Support Provider Relations and Network Operations with data requests.
