What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare providers, ensuring effective issue resolution
- Provide multi-channel support to providers through calls, chats, and emails
- Efficiently triage and address inquiries from healthcare professionals
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate resolutions to providers promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls or chats daily (50-70)
- Availability to work full-time during specified business hours, including potential overtime
