Qualifications

• Experience verifying prescriber licensure, credentials, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Verify physician and prescriber licensure, credentials, and prescribing authority using state and federal databases.
• Validate DEA registration and controlled substance eligibility.
• Ensure prescribers are legally authorized to prescribe medications offered by the pharmacy.
• Maintain credentialing records and monitor expiration dates.
• Provide regulatory guidance to pharmacy operations and intake teams.
• Prepare compliance reports for internal stakeholders.
