Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience in office setting.
• Excellent organization, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintenance of provider information in Echo credentialing database.
• Prime source verification of state license, DEA and Board Certification.
• Complete provider initial and recredentialing applications.
• Monitor application progress and follow up with providers.
• Maintain copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and other credentialing documents.
• Track expirations of licenses, DEAs and board certifications.
