Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Contract Manager for First Health Network Management to serve as the subject matter expert in contracting initiatives and data audits, supporting accessibility, compliance, quality, and financial goals.

You will review, build, and audit complex contract and network data, support recruitment efforts, and collaborate on negotiations with providers and cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and costs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience leading complex initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• 5+ years of working knowledge in the healthcare industry, including contracting strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing multiple priorities, timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, execute, review, and analyze contracts and settlements with providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage provider compensation and pricing development.
• Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize contract performance.
• Manage network development, maintenance, and refinement strategies for cross-market units.
• Ensure resolution of escalated issues related to claims, contract interpretation, or data quality.
• Interpret contractual requirements including federal and state regulations and NCQA.
