Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an entry-level contracting role focused on provider relations and contract management. You will support and manage contracting projects, evaluate provider data, and work with internal teams to optimize pricing and reimbursement models.

The role requires 5+ years in provider relations or managed care, a Georgia residency, and the ability to travel to the Atlanta office monthly. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a provider relations, contracting or managed care environment.
• Knowledge of the managed care industry and practices, as well as a strong understanding of strategies, practices, and financial/contracting arrangements.
• Must possess critical thinking, problem resolution, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and self-driven.
• Must reside in Georgia and able to drive into the Atlanta office location 1x per month.

Responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating and managing provider contracts to support market strategies.
• Support and manage assigned contracting projects and provider data evaluation using internal tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage provider compensation and pricing development.
• Identify cost issues and participate in cost-saving initiatives.
• Represent CVS Health in interactions with providers and community groups.
