Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in healthcare such as medical claims, contracting and/or Provider Relations required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
• Experience with provider contracting/relationships preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer and implement provider agreements to ensure compliance with terms
• Serve as primary contact for Contracting Department
• Analyze and interpret fee schedules and provider contracts for claim payments and system setup
• Assist with contract resolution related to contract/claim disputes
