Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Provider Continuity Account Executive to lead continuity, stabilization, and strategic relationship management for large Provider clients during transitions and elevated risk. You will partner with senior leaders to shape enterprise strategies, protect revenue, and drive long-term growth across complex accounts.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in healthcare, managed services, client management, consulting, or advisory services
• 8+ years managing strategic client relationships in complex, matrixed environments
• Experience supporting large, complex Provider or healthcare client environments
• Ability to engage senior VP, C-suite, and enterprise leadership stakeholders
• Experience leading executive business reviews and strategic value conversations

Responsibilities

• Lead continuity strategy for a portfolio of large, complex Provider clients during transitions and high-risk situations
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Direct governance, stabilization planning, and cross-functional decision-making for complex transitions
• Lead executive reviews and strategic value conversations to demonstrate enterprise impact
• Anticipate risks and drive mitigation to protect long-term revenue and retention
• Collaborate across Operations, Product, Technology, Growth, and Delivery to align priorities
• Partner with renewals, legal, operations, and growth leadership to support client strategy
• Maintain executive-level account planning and risk visibility across solutions and transitions
• Serve as the enterprise voice of the customer to influence internal priorities and future direction
• Travel up to 50% as required
