The Provider Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate healthcare provider information within organizational databases to support network operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Intake provider data from multiple sources, evaluate and prepare data submissions according to internal business rules and platform requirements, to ensure a successful load.

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems, performing regular audit and validation checks to maintain high-quality data.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify provider profile information.

  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.

  • Assist in developing and implementing data management procedures and policies.

  • Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in using data management, load and analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of work experience in healthcare

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis applications (e.g., SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, Tableau).

  • Familiarity with healthcare provider data, platforms and regulatory requirements.
