Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Configuration Coordinator in California to manage provider data in the claims processing system and ensure accurate claims processing. You will build and audit provider networks, troubleshoot EDI queues, and handle W9 form processing, aligning with provider agreements and regulations.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare claim configuration, strong collaboration, and the ability to handle multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Reporting to the Configuration Manager, the Configuration Coordinator is accountable for the configuration of organization and provider data within our claims processing system to support accurate and timely claims processing.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Build, maintain, test, and audit provider network data in our claims processing system to ensure the accurate processing of claims in accordance with provider agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policy
• Monitor, research, and resolve EDI (837D, 837I, 837P) failed claims queues in a timely manner
• Validate and process W9 provider tax forms
• Configure WelbeHealth’s standard rates for out-of-network organizations within the claims processing system

Job requirements include:

• High school diploma or equivalency; associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare claim system configuration
• Experience working with and maintaining provider network data in an electronic claims processing system
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
