St. Tammany Parish Hospital is seeking a Provider Compensation Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for compensation strategy. This role includes designing and administering compensation programs to meet organizational goals.

The Provider Compensation Manager serves as the organization's subject matter expert and operational leader for physician and advanced practice provider (APP) compensation strategy, administration, analytics, and governance. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this position is responsible for design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of provider compensation programs that support the organization's strategic, operational, financial, and workforce objectives. The manager serves as the business owner of the Provider Compensation platform and is accountable for the integrity of provider compensation data, compensation modeling, market benchmarking, provider offer development, contract administration support, and compensation governance processes. This position partners closely with STPN leadership, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Physician Recruitment, Payroll, and executive leadership to ensure provider compensation programs are competitive, transparent, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. The manager provides strategic guidance regarding physician and APP compensation trends, productivity models, recruitment and retention strategies, and emerging market practices impacting provider compensation.
