A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Compensation Analyst to evaluate and process provider positions for salary placement. This role supports the Provider Compensation and HR team in analyzing market data, pay practices, and compensation plans. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills and experience in provider compensation.
Overview
The Compensation Analyst evaluates and processes all provider positions throughout Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) for placement in the salary structure. This person supports the Provider Compensation and Human Resources team in analyzing equity placement, national provider market data, pay practices, reorganization initiatives, and provider compensation plans.
