Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation seeks a Physician Assistant to treat and manage patients within primary care settings. The role collaborates with physicians and health care teams to provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of illnesses, in alignment with protocols.

The ideal candidate has PA training and NCCPA certification, a current state license, and at least 1 year of experience in primary care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physician assistant training program and NCCPA certification.
• Current license to practice in the state with eligibility for prescription privileges; BLS.
• 1 year of clinical experience functioning as a Physician Assistant in a primary care setting.

Performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and manages illness and disease. Performs other duties as assigned.
