Job summary

Immediate Care of Oklahoma, L.L.C. is seeking a physician leader to ensure high-quality patient care across clinics.

You will supervise medical staff, coordinate care with outside entities, receive briefings from the Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Director, and report to the Clinical Director. Candidates must maintain satisfactory health and professional standards, disclose any investigations or disciplinary actions, and demonstrate punctuality, cooperation and dependable judgment to sustain

Qualifications

• Must be in good physical and mental health to perform clinical privileges.
• Commitment to ethical standards and disciplinary disclosures.
• Willingness to disclose investigations or actions by governmental or hospital bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention to all patients who present themselves.
• Maintain satisfactory physical and mental health status and the ability to safely and competently practice medicine.
• Maintain adequate clinical abilities as a practitioner.
• Directly supervises the medical staff
• Receive briefings and situation reports from the Chief Medical Officer and Clinical Director and ensure all medical personnel are kept informed of status changes
• Ensure a continuum of medical care and coordinate interaction with all appropriate outside medical entities
• Report to Clinical director

Job description

Maintaining the Immediate Care standard and demonstrating Character First traits through daily action at all clinics. Encouraging others to maintain a positive attitude, professional work environment and great Immediate Care culture. Communicating in a professional, tactful way when the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained. Notifying the appropriate management and discussing any circumstances where the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained.

Requirements

• Must not have a condition which could compromise his ability to perform any of the mental and physical functions related to the requested clinical privileges.
• Must not be denied membership or clinical privileges for any hospital system or medical staff.
• Full disclosure of any investigation or any peer review or disciplinary action taken, such as imposition of consultation requirements, suspension, or termination.
• Full disclosure of investigation by any governmental or other legal body.
• Full disclosure of actions instituted at previous place of employment in process or pending.

Duties:

• Provide immediate medical attention to all patients who present themselves.
