Power to Hydrogen is seeking a skilled and motivated Prototyping Specialist to join our team and help commercialize our next generation Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) Electrolyzers.
In this role, you will be responsible for fabrication of production equipment, test stands, prototypes and products along with ensuring our facility, its systems and equipment are maintained and working properly. This role requires a versatile fabricator and problem‑solver who is comfortable building mechanical, electrical, and fluid systems, rapidly iterating designs, and ensuring prototypes are functional, safe, and test‑ready. The ideal candidate enjoys hands‑on work, thrives in a startup environment, and bridges the gap between design and reality. You will work closely with our Research, Electrode, Stack, and System teams to build and maintain the infrastructure that makes our work possible.
