Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks a Systems Integration Engineer to join Ford-based projects in Dearborn, MI. You will integrate hardware and software into TPV-Mule prototypes, conduct end-to-end system bring-up, and develop electrical schematics for seamless integration.

Key tasks include troubleshooting prototype builds, validating CAN/LIN/Ethernet networks, and coordinating with design engineers to ensure compatibility and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in automotive systems integration and prototype validation.
• Ability to read, interpret, and author electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of vehicle wiring, power distribution, and grounding.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate hardware/software components into TPV-Mule prototypes to enable full system functionality.
• Perform end-to-end bring-up including power-up sequencing, signal validation, and functional verification.
• Develop and markup electrical schematics and wire harness drawings for integration.
• Interpret schematics and harness diagrams to support issue resolution and validation.
• Analyze vehicle wiring architectures, harness routing, and grounding.
• Review device transmittals for compatibility and readiness.
• Troubleshoot electrical and network issues during prototype builds.
• Manage surrogate components and perform gap analyses with PI schematics.
