Qualifications

• 5–10 years experience in Project Management.
• 5+ years experience in Vehicle Testing.
• Automotive domain experience is required.
• Experience in CAN and Diagnostic Tools (preferably Ford DET tool).
• Experience in flashing and primary checks of flashing and sanity.
• Experience in planning the vehicle tests and assigning to technicians/drivers.
• Excellent communication skills and coordination with stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of vehicle functions and features.

Responsibilities

• Plan vehicle tests and assign tasks to technicians/drivers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and status updates.
• Perform primary checks of flashing and sanity for vehicle systems.
• Utilize CAN and diagnostic tools to support vehicle testing.
• Maintain clear documentation of test results and issues.
