You will execute validation methods, support prototype parts, document results, and communicate with engineering. Proficiency with mills, lathes, Haas CNC, and MasterCAM is essential. AutoCAD experience and 3+ years of machining are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in machine tool tech.
• 3+ years machining with mills/lathes/hand tools.
• Familiarity with GD&T and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute product validation to establish performance criteria.
• Support prototype parts for validation via machining and troubleshooting.
• Document validation thoroughly using DVF and DVP&Rs.
• Communicate feasibility and markups to design/engineering teams.
• Operate manual mills/lathes and maintain Hass CNC 3-Axis mill.
• Program using MasterCAM and weld MIG/TIG components.
• Understand GD&T, ECN, and ERP systems.
• Assist systems manufacturing and repair teams as needed.
• Support field equipment performance resolution.
• Contribute to critical projects and timely completion.
