Job summary

You will work with engineering and quality teams to ensure parts meet GD&T specifications and maintain precise tolerances.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 5 years' prototype/tooling experience, and strong skills in machining math, measurement tools, and material understanding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prototype and tooling experience is required (5+ years).
• Proficiency in machining math including geometry and trigonometry.
• Ability to use precision measurement tools with accuracy.
• Strong understanding of materials and machining fundamentals.
• Technical/vocational training in machining.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual milling machines, lathes, grinders, and other machine tools.
• Operate conventional mills, lathes, drill presses, saws, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, GD&T, and work instructions.
• Select tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
• Perform in-process inspections using calipers and micrometers.
