Job summary

Jabil in Claremont, NH seeks a Prototype Test Engineer to develop procedures and equipment ensuring product quality and validating design goals. You will work on electromechanical test systems, protecting energy efficiency in liquid cooling applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering required.
5 years of related experience in mechanical, electrical, or test engineering preferred.
Strong understanding of mechatronics and electromechanical systems.
Experience with Python or other scripting languages preferred.

Responsibilities

Review designs for testing requirements.
Support manufacturing with failure analysis and tester debugging to reduce downtime.
Generate reports and analysis of test data.
Prepare testing procedures from product design to initial production.
Review test equipment designs and data with customers regularly.
Research applicable testing standards and direct fabrication of testing apparatus.
