Qualifications

• Associate's degree or certificate in engineering or related field.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to details; ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Create prototype parts using machining and 3D printing equipment for development and testing.
• Operate, maintain, and write/edit G-code/CAM programs for CNC equipment (Tormach).
• Operate and maintain 3D printers to fabricate prototypes, fixtures, and mock-ups.
• Use machine shop tools (mills, lathes, drills) to fabricate and modify parts.
• Coordinate and build mock-ups to facilitate product designs.
• Prepare test reports and presentations using Microsoft Office; document test results.
• Conduct testing, record data, and present results with attention to data accuracy.
