Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a System Integration & Test Engineer to join our Wireless R&D Wireless Research team in San Diego.

The role focuses on building end-to-end prototype systems for 6G, 5G NR Sub6 & mmW, and applying AI/ML techniques to drive feature development. The candidate will work with systems engineers, software/hardware developers, and RF engineers to test objectives, run tests, troubleshoot, and provide detailed post-processing analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on testing experience and ability to work in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Define test objectives and write test plans for end-to-end prototypes.
• Execute tests, troubleshoot issues, and perform post-processing analysis.
• Collaborate with systems, software/hardware, and RF engineers to evaluate prototypes.
• Travel for tradeshows and demos as needed.
