Job summary

Amazon's Prototyping AI Customer Engineering (PACE) team seeks experienced technologists to create early prototypes that validate solutions for enterprise customers. You will partner with customers and AWS teams to craft prototypes across AI/ML, AR/VR, IoT and serverless domains, focusing on business value and high-quality delivery.

You will lead or contribute to prototype engagements, learn new technologies, and communicate complex concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or infrastructure.
• 10+ years IT development or implementation/consulting experience in software or Internet industries.
• Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
• Experience leading or developing enterprise-scale software using a structured SDLC.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic solutions using multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to define scope and implement prototypes in 4–6 weeks.
• Collaborate with developers, Customer Success Managers and specialists to deliver results.
• Lead or contribute to multiple prototype engagements across domains.
• Mentor others and share knowledge.
