ARCH Global Precision in Seabrook, NH is seeking a CNC/Machining Specialist to program, setup, and operate all machine tools in the MTO department. You will read drawings, control machine functions, and ensure products meet customer specifications with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience and 1–3 years CAD/CAM experience, with proficiency in CamWorks, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360. Must adhere to safety policies and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years related experience.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of CAD/CAM experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate drawing specifications to determine work.
• Program, setup, and operate all machine tools in MTO dept.
• Proficiently use machine controls to produce quality products.
• Verify conformance of finished instrument/device to customer specs.
• Calculate and set machining factors (RPM, feed, coolant, depth of cut).
• Record inspected dimensions and time through Visual Labor tickets.
• Inspect parts and document results on in-process plans.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; perform CNC maintenance.
• Adhere to company safety requirements and Seabrook procedures.
