Job summary

ARCH Global Precision in Seabrook, NH is seeking a CNC Machinist with strong setup and operation skills. You will work with RAM EDM, Wire EDM, Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, and Swiss machines, performing setups, parts inspections, and documentation of results.

You will monitor tooling and equipment, escalate issues, and train new team members to uphold quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (3–5 years related experience preferred) and solid mechanical troubleshooting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient with CNC machines (RAM EDM, Wire EDM, Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, Swiss).
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and tolerances.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set-up machines within the department.
• Inspect parts and document results of inspections on in-process inspection plans.
• Continuously monitor equipment and tooling; notify manager of breakdowns.
• Follow instructions on setup sheets, drawings, and programs.
• Assist with training of new team members and operators.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Adhere to company safety requirements.
• Ensure activities align with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
