Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with consumer electronic products.
• 2+ years of experience with hardware development cycles and sustaining hardware.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly and test development.
• Experience leading engineers and technicians in daily work and building teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage resources for prototype builds with vendors.
• Collaborate with Research Engineers to deliver prototypes.
• Resolve schedule setbacks with recovery plans.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, milestones, and build plans.
• Provide status updates and risk assessments to management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
