Job summary

ODL is seeking a Project Launch Coordinator to plan and execute prototype builds, developing BOMs and building plans with the project team. You will write requisitions and modify BOMs in Oracle Fusion, coordinating with Planning and Manufacturing.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independent work, and organizational skills, with the plant crew training, part storage, and PV test part handling expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience with Prototype building in pilot centers or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with bill of materials in Oracle Fusion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication with team members and leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a professional environment.
• Excellent organization and prioritization to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute prototype builds with the project team to confirm scope and timing.
• Develop BOM knowledge for specific projects and create build plans.
• Write and process purchase requisitions for parts and materials.
• Modify BOMs in Oracle Fusion as needed and coordinate with Planning.
• Collaborate with launch teams and manufacturing to ensure readiness.
• Assist with training for the plant crew and coordinate storage of PV test parts.
