Roush is seeking an Automotive Mechanic I to modify cars and trucks in a prototype environment, performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. The role involves mentorship from team members on project work and customer interactions, with responsibilities across inspections, repairs, and record-keeping.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of relevant mechanic experience, and own tools.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of relevant mechanic experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and execute written procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain vehicle functional condition by working off repair orders or leader instructions and conducting inspections.
• Repair mechanical and electrical system malfunctions and replace parts and components.
• Read, interpret, and follow service procedures.
• Maintain vehicle records by entering notes, service, and repair orders.
• Keep shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
• Participate in daily shop organization and clean-up.
