Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Supervisor Radiation Therapy Proton for the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center in Omaha. This leadership role oversees day-to-day Radiation Oncology operations and mentors staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years recent Radiation Therapist experience.
• Two years of leadership/mentoring experience in a clinical setting.
• Current BLS certification from an American Heart Association program.
• Nebraska radiologic technologist license (state licensure).
• ARRT registration in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day patient care operations in Radiation Oncology.
• Mentor staff on technical skills and clinical practices.
• Make decisions on daily priorities for the work group and provide guidance on escalated issues.
• Develop and implement staffing schedules; manage performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.
