Job summary

DigiFlight, Inc. seeks a Protocol Analyst Level 3 with TS/SCI and Fullscope Poly to support critical national security missions at Fort Meade, MD.

You will analyze RF signals, model signal behavior, and define parameters for protocol analyses, COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA, with preference for multiple areas. The role requires advanced degree and deep experience in signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, or security analysis, and offers a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Engineering, Mathematics, CS or Physical Science.
• Experience in signals analysis, waveform analysis, or network security analysis.
• Proficiency in COMINT/ELINT/FISINT/PROFORMA is preferred.

Active Top-Secret SCI with FSP Poly

Experience: A Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of relevant experience, or a Doctoral degree plus 4 years of relevant experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for those who have completed one of the following military training courses: 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or who have participated in or graduated from the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP).

Education: The degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field.

Relevant: Must be in signals analysis, preferably related to communications signals (e.g., bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis), network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Protocol Analyst proficient in RF signals analysis and understanding signal characteristics to determine signal structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior. You will need to be skilled in COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, or PROFORMA, and expertise in more than 1 is preferred.

The Level 3 Protocol Analyst shall possess the following capabilities:

Relevant experience must be in a signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterizations, and/or network security analysis.

Qualifications:

Doctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.

Master’s Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.

Associates degree with 10 years of relevant experience.

HS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed one of the following military training courses: 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis) or who have participated in or graduated from the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP).
