Job summary

V-Tron Electronics Corporation in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Proto Test Technician to support engineering with in-house harness boards and test fixtures, working on-site daily. The ideal candidate will have an electronics background, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset; relocation is not offered.

Responsibilities include drafting test instructions, assembling first article samples, and ensuring tooling and fixtures meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics preferred or electronics Technical/Trade School diploma.
• Or three-five years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Work from customer drawings and schematics to develop in-house harness boards and test fixtures.
• Design and document step-by-step test instructions and verify tooling and fixtures meet specifications.
• Assemble first piece sample.
• Design and document detailed assembly instructions for manufacturability.
• Keep the work area clean and safe and follow safety rules.

Education

Associate degree in electronics

Electronics Technical/Trade School diploma

Three-five years of electronics manufacturing experience
