Job summary

Music Ministry International seeks a Protestant Religious Education Coordinator (PREC) for Luke AFB, a part-time contract role at Luke Air Force Base. The PREC provides RE leadership within the Chapel Program, coordinating activities for all ages and supporting the Protestant chaplain team.

Qualifications

• Resume with four years’ experience as RE coordinator or teacher.
• Ability to develop short and long-term growth plans for the RE program.
• Work in a pluralistic environment with managerial and secretarial skills.
• Have experience with all ages: children, adolescents, and adults.
• Obtain Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and Infant CPR within 90 days at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member in the Protestant Chapel program and work with chaplains from multiple denominations.
• Develop, schedule and implement annual RE programs for all ages.
• Maintain training records and complete required certifications.
• Recruit and train volunteers; organize classes and workshops.
• Submit monthly invoices and coordinate facility and support requests.
• Prepare after-action reports and assist with inspections.
• Work 20 hours per week, including weekends.
